Since its inception, the Hugh M. Hefner Foundation has supported numerous organizations that share our fundamental values and work to defend our civil rights and civil liberties. Our focus is to promote First Amendment rights and rational sex and drug policies. The groups listed below are on the frontline of these debates every day, working tirelessly to defend our Constitution and enact policies that support the sovereignty of individuals over their own bodies.

Working to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the United States.
FOUNDATION FOR INDIVIDUAL

Defending and sustaining the individual rights of students and faculty members at America’s colleges and universities.
Working to challenge powerful corporations, influence policymakers, and raise public awareness of issues such as Net Neutrality and affordable internet access for all.
